Exhibition catalogue

MagmaCultura offers cultural amenities an exhibition catalogue covering a wide range of themes and approaches with modern and high-quality museography. This is one of the most representative examples of the turnkey cultural projects that we have implemented.

CHALLENGE

Institutions and cultural centres offer a broad variety of artistic and cultural projects. At MagmaCultura we have discovered that, on occasion, alternatives previously curated by professionals in the sector and notable for their quality and interest may prove useful to them.

GOALS

• To facilitate the search for exhibition options, with a particular focus on networked organisations.
• To forge connections with new cultural amenities to make them aware of MagmaCultura’s capacities and resources.
• To contribute to making culture accessible to audiences throughout the country.

TASK

With these goals in mind, we developed an agile and useful catalogue for centres with active interests.

We decided to include exhibitions in five categories: “artist”, to showcase contemporary artists; “photography”, with solo and group shows; “theme-based”, with artistic, historical and social exhibitions on lesser-known events; “thought”, related to art theory; and “literature”, to present literary events in exhibition format.

RESULTS

• A compilation of 14 exhibition proposals on different themes and of different natures.
