Signing of a new MagmaCultura internship agreement for labour insertion

MagmaCultura signs an internship agreement with the Catalan Down Syndrome Foundation at the National Art Museum of Catalonia.
The agreement, which was signed on August 1, is linked to the social desire for accessibility, inclusion and sustainability promoted by the MNAC. The agreement allows the employment of people with Down Syndrome or other intellectual disabilities through internships at the Museum.

The beginning of the collaboration between Magma Cultura, the Private Catalan Down Syndrome Foundation and the Art Museum of Catalonia became tangible on November 12, with the incorporation of a trainee worker at the customer service.

The internship agreement will be valid until August 2021.

On the other hand, MagmaCultura is part of the Incorpora Program of Obra Social “la Caixa”, and actively collaborates with Fundació Adecco, Fundació Les Corts and Labora. Likewise, and in compliance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of November 29, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion, 2% of the workforce of the company is made up of people with disabilities.
